We sell used (“occasion”) QuickBooks guide books. Because each item is pre-owned, it may show normal signs of previous use, such as light wear on the cover or edges. We do our best to describe each item and show its condition accurately. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or colors on your screen are completely accurate or error-free.

Our books are educational and informational guides. QuickBooks features and screens may change over time, so older editions may not match the current version of the software. We may cancel an order after confirmation and will issue a full refund if we do so. Your order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping within the United States. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 8 business days after your order is placed. These dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address you entered.
